Refunds & Returns

All products are tried and tested before shipment and meet all necessary requirements and standards. Returns are only accepted if the item does not accurately match the item description or the item is faulty or damaged. Please return the item to us within 60 days to enable a quick resolution of your problem. Refunds are given minus postage costs.

As stated by the Distance Selling Regulations we have to offer all customers a 7-day “cooling-off” period. So if you wish to return any item for any reason you may do so. However, the item(s) must be in an unused and in resaleable condition within seven days of ordering. A full refund will be issued minus shipping costs within 5 working days.

Please Note: Personalised items are non returnable unless damaged or have printing errors.

To return an item(s) please use the contact form providing as much detail as you can including the Sales Record Number. The Customer Support department can then investigate your request and contact you to arrange/confirm details.
